Take a moment of reflexion with of cup of tea in the garden.
Relax with a good book or magazine.
Connect with other people interested in wellness and
           self discovery.
Attend classes, workshops, concerts and other events
           that we offer.

On the weekend:

Attend workshops and courses
Rent the rooms to present your own workshops and courses
We have two rooms with natural light and capacity for 30
           persons seated or 15 with tables and chairs or 10 working on
           mats or massage tables.
